If something BAD happened to you in the past, you might assume THAT IS YOUR FATE.

If something BEAUTIFUL happened to you in the past, you might think beautiful moments are just an ACCIDENT or that IT CAN’T HAPPEN AGAIN.

If something GOOD happened in your past, you might EXPECT it to happen again. When that good thing doesn’t happen AGAIN, you might think GOOD THINGS AREN’T MEANT FOR YOU.

You might have also LEARNED certain beliefs from past patterns of OTHER PEOPLE such as:
  • Life is too hard.
  • The world is full of suffering.
  • Humans are ignorant, cruel, and evil.
  • God hates me.
  • I am being punished.
  • I was dealt a bad hand in life.
  • Life is against me.
  • I’m not good enough.
  • I didn’t grow up healthy, wealthy, loved… so those things are not for me.
TRAUMA from your past can DEEPLY EMBED or SOLIDIFY these beliefs in your biomemory if a life experience is not fully experienced.

Any thought, feeling, or experience that is not COMPLETE

WILL CONTINUE TO REPEAT ITSELF IN YOUR LIFE IN DIFFERENT FORMS

until you ALLOW your HONEST THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS

to show you a BETTER way.

NEGATIVE thoughts, feelings, and experiences tend to remain INCOMPLETE

because humans tend to IGNORE, RESIST, OR HIDE from the negative.

This is the basic cause of TRAUMA.

This is how ALL SELF-DEFEATING BELIEFS AND ACTIONS come from your PAST.

UNLESS… you LET THE PAST GO.

The Past Is Dead

Before you begin the integration process for your INCOMPLETE PAST EXPERIENCES,

First I have to CONVINCE YOU TO LET GO OF THE PAST.

Why do you need to LET GO of the past?

When a human body dies, the body is cremated, buried in the ground, or otherwise disposed of. If a body isn’t properly reintegrated back into the environment, it can spread illness, disorder, and disease.

In the same way, when you hold on to past thoughts, feelings, and experiences, you are HOLDING ON TO A DEAD BODY.

No amount of wishing can bring that body back to life. It is DEAD. GONE. It is now in the process of disintegration so YOU CAN MEET AGAIN THE NEXT TIME AROUND IN A DIFFERENT FORM.

It’s important to LET DEAD THINGS DIE and be REINTEGRATED because dead things can no longer DO ANYTHING FOR YOU except cause illness, disorder, or disease.

There Are Better Things Ahead

When you realize THE PAST IS DEAD AND NO LONGER EXISTS, you can release your past experiences in exchange for A BRAND NEW DAY AS A BRAND NEW YOU.

If you lost a loved one, YOUR LOVED ONE IS EXPERIENCING A BRAND NEW LIFE UNTIL YOUR NEXT CONTACT. And so can you.

If you don’t FULLY INTEGRATE your past life experiences,

It will NOT be a BRAND NEW DAY AS A BRAND NEW YOU.

You will feel like the DEAD, DISEASED, and DYING

Always REFLECTING lifelessness and powerlessness

AND REPEATING THOSE FEELINGS OVER AND OVER IN YOUR LIFE.

Brand New Day, Brand New You

Just because you failed in the past, that doesn’t mean you will fail again now.

Just because you succeeded in the past, that doesn’t mean you will succeed this time.

Instead, you get to ENJOY YOUR OWN LIFE – whatever that means for you in each moment and in each situation.

Maybe you would like to SUCCEED at a current endeavor, or maybe you would like to DROP IT and do SOMETHING ELSE. That depends on what YOU love and value in every unique situation. There’s no need to make assumptions or get stuck in A DEAD PATTERN OF THE PAST.

The PRESENT MOMENT is ALIVE with INFINITE POSSIBILITIES which you can use ANY WAY YOU WANT.

Daily Practice Instructions

Please read these instructions before starting the Daily Practice.

  • You can write your answers to the daily practice questions in a journal, or talk about your answers with a therapist, create art with your answers, or otherwise safely express them.
  • You can do the daily practice the same time every day or any time you’re suffering.
  • Expect some resistance to this daily practice! It takes generally 3 – 6 weeks to DEPROGRAM from hardcore beliefs.
  • Focus on ONE issue at a time to avoid confusion.
  • Do ALL questions until you feel FABULOUS. You can get trapped in suffering if you do not complete a whole round of questions.
  • When you complete the integration process, you should feel AMAZING. If you don’t feel absolutely AMAZING, your issue has not yet been integrated.
  • If you don’t fully integrate your issue, that’s okay. Just one round of questions can help you feel better immediately. Feeling a little better allows you to go deeper into your issue each day until it’s fully integrated.
  • If you commit to the daily practice until it ‘clicks’ – until you remember it’s your NATURAL survival mechanism – you can heal LIFETIMES of suffering IMMEDIATELY.

Daily Practice Example

  1. What is your PAST TRAUMA OR SELF-DEFEATING PATTERN? I can’t stop hoarding junk food and overeating because our family never had enough food when I was a child and I developed a fear of hunger.
  2. What do you REALLY THINK and how do you REALLY FEEL about this trauma or life pattern? I am grieving the trauma of being hungry as a child. No child should feel hungry when there are plenty of resources. I don’t like to hoard, overeat, or be controlled by junk food. It makes me feel fat, greedy, powerless, and never satisfied. Food without nutrients makes me always hungry! My food choices make my fear of hunger a reality in my life.
  3. What do your HONEST THOUGHTS and FEELINGS tell you about WHAT YOU REALLY LOVE and VALUE? I VALUE having a kitchen that is always stocked with healthy, delicious food with PLENTY of nutrients to avoid the pain of hunger. It’s important to me that ALL humans have access to PLENTY of healthy food.
  4. What can you do DIFFERENTLY to EXPERIENCE what you REALLY LOVE and VALUE? I can focus my time, energy, and finances to ensure I always have a fully stocked, healthy kitchen. I would like to use the pain of my trauma as inspiration to plant a garden in my yard as well as volunteer at my local food forest for those in need.
